Awesome Grill

I purchased this grill three weeks ago and just love it. Cooks great,even cooking and love that it has stainless steel burners and deflectors over the burners. A real good looking grill also.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Grill

We bought this grill a few weeks ago to replace our 10+ year Char-Broil grill (too hard to track down replacement parts for it now). We grill 5-6 times a week. Easy assembly in a reasonable amount of time. So far we have cooked burgers, hotdogs, carmelized onions, chicken thighs, flank steak, pineapple, peaches, carrots, zucchini and stuffed meatballs. All items came out delicious, just as they had on our previous Char Broil grill. One drawback is that it does not include hooks to hang grill utensils; while there are holes on the side which I believe could be used to place such hooks, I have not found anything suitable yet. Additionally, it would be better if the corners were a bit rounded to ensure the grill cover won't need to be replaced yearly (we are using a top line Char Broil grill cover bought for this grill).
I would recommend this to a friend!

I owned my Charbroil Performance for a little over a month and was favorably impressed at first with its clean, attractive design. However, my first cooking experience left A LOT to be desired. It took FOREVER to to grill some medium thick filets. Here are the issues I had: 1) The fixed gas regulator did not allow enough gas flow to produce adequate heat. I replaced it with an adjustable regulator only find that 2) the burner orifices were so small that, except at the lowest settings, the flame would separate from the burner and produce incomplete combustion. 3) Finally, the adjustment valves have a very limited range of flame adjustment. In other words, there was not a lot of difference between the minimum and maximum settings. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Got this as a gift and couldn't be happier with it so far. The milling of the individual pieces leave some things to be desired but hey it's made in china and it is what it is. For the price, it doesn't get much better. It does well with any meat i put on it. the side burner is strong even on the lowest setting. it would be nice if they could scale that down a bit but i understand that is hard to do when using LP.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this unit mid summer of 2017. Regulator went out by October. Now I have to hunt down the "regulator assembly". Very disappointed.

design leaves much to be desired

It is difficult to remove and replace LP tank due to brace on rear of grill. There is no handle to use to move the grill, just lifting the shelf which is held on by three bolts. Wind can easily blow into the grill, reducing efficiency, due to the wide gape between the cover and body of the grill. It does seem to take longer to heat to cooking temp (due to gaps?) than my prior charbroil grill. The grill does cook well when at temp. I would not recommend this particular grill but will and do recommend Char Broil products

The side shelf bars on some of our grills are towel bars and should never be used to pull the grills. We recommend pushing the grill when moving it. Has the regulator been reset? 3 weeks ago I purchased a bullet by bull at twice the price and from day one it was always something faulty. I went back to where I purchased as asked if i could switch it out for one of your products. This model had the same features, # burners and side burner. I have cooked on it twice since I got it 6 days ago and know it is a great addition to our porch and if needed I can purchase parts.
