cooks great but wheels are cheap and cant handle the weight of the grill with or woth out propane tank on grill. very cheap wheel design

Brought this grill two years ago worked fine for the first year but this being the second year it wont get very hot . Maybe 200. The flanes are low. Th porpane tank is only 2 years old but barely used and is heavy . I have owned 3 char broil grill n and all have lasted around 8 years and to me that GOOD. But this one is better than the others and having this issue.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Trouble trouble trouble

Looks great and was very excited about all the bells and whistles, but never performed properly. Had to trouble shoot this product several times with complete frustration over and over. Never even tried using after a month of tinkering with it. Sat on the deck collecting dust. Finally took a shot at resolving the issue again only to bypass the gas valve and it worked. So much for all the bells and whistles. I at least have it working like a regular grill as of today. Who knows how it will work tomorrow or the next day.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Igniter doesn’t work

We bought this new today and the igniter doesn’t work. Checked the connection and tried a different battery. Called and was on hold over 33 minutes and gave up. Sent an email and said might be 10 days...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doesn’t really grill

I’ve owned 3 grills and this one is the worst. I love the style but it seriously does not get hot. Takes forever to cook anything . It’s like a slow cooker grill. I really hope I can return this because I’m super unhappy with it

good grill, bad side burner

I own two of these grills. One grill is in my home and I use it very often. the other is in a rental property. The four burner grill is fine, and would, by itself, generate a four star rating. However, the side burner (ON BOTH GRILLS) is garbage. At first, I thought it might be a bad unit, but it is true for both grills I purchased, so it is a design flaw. The fuel mixture is way too rich and the flame soots. You can tell by the bright orange/yellow color of the flame instead of a nice blue/green flame that is on the inside flame. The side burner completely coats the underside of any frying pan or cast iron skillet with a thick layer of soot and leaves an utter mess to clean up. Sooting flames are also notoriously cold and forget about sauteing onions and mushrooms or searing a steak in it. Don't waste your money, just get the same grill without the side burner.

This replaces my Charbroil that lasted over 22 years. Different, of course, but well made. Assembly was not too difficult or time consuming. Just learning to use it, but it seems like a good value so far.
I would recommend this to a friend!
