Love the model... But...

I bought this 2 months ago. It came in a well packed box. Put it together with fairly well instructions and pics. This new 2 burner is a lot easier to keep the temp you want without burning anything. Very nice and love it.
But... after 5 times using it the ignitor started having issues. Yesterday was the 6th time and does not work at all. Checked battery and now I'm sad. Back to the match starts:(

I love the way the grill cooks. But, in less than 6 months, the ignitor is out. Very disappointing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It did fit my small space..

It fit my need space wise. Flame could be better, the flame is larger near the front so I have to watch for burn. Igniter went out right away. They are on the right track with this one but obviously no one at Char Broil has used it otherwise they would have done improvements as recommended by staff.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice Features

I bought this grill last year to replace an old Coalman I had. It had more features but the space above the valve for the tank is barely enough to get my fingers in to open and close the tank valve. The screws that hold the lid onto the hinge need to have locking nuts or washers to keep them from coming loose.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Even cook, terrible smoke

Bought this grill brand new this last summer (2020). Easy to assemble and it cooks really well. The grill is cleaned weekly but the amount of smoke it generates is insane! We feel like we are smoking out the neighborhood every time we cook. We are now actively shopping for a new grill because this one is embarrassing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After years of messing around with bricketts & lighter etc. I purchased the CB Proformace Series 2/Burner Stainless Grill...Great Great Grill prefect size for presonal cooking & able to handle a larger gatherings. Heats quickly & adjust easily top mounted temputure gage is accurte. I now look for reasons to fire up the grill COOK!!
I would recommend this to a friend!
