I recommend this product only because there is no other choice in this size and price range. The 3.5" height of the freezer cannot accommodate a 4" pint of ice cream. And these same fool designers have dedicated a 21.5 x 6" section of the door as a can dispenser which, if you don't drink beer or soda, renders this entire section useless. There is only enough space for three tall bottles of wine or milk containers. The catchment tray under the freezer cannot be used for any other purpose. The lilliputian ice trays are a joke.

Poorly made

This was supposed to be in a master bedroom sitting room, it was professionally installed and lasted less than 1.5 years with almost NO use. It held my husband's medicine which was accessed once a day and died and needed to be replaced.

Nonsensical thermostat

Instead of the tried and true 1-10 scale with notches for easy reference, this thermostat is marked merely Cool, Cold and Coldest – all easily confused to anyone with poor eyesight – with no intermediate markings to indicate the direction of the scale. It is thus easy to achieve a result contrary to your intentions and defrost when you meant to make things colder. Perhaps the designer thought he was being cool when in fact he was just being stupid.

Unpredictable thermostat.

I have had this product for three months, and it continues to shut itself completely off. I turn it to Coldest setting, and after a few days, it is totally OFF again.
