Terrible Shopping Experience

Your return policy is horrendous. You don't provide a return label of any sort and it costs ridiculous time, energy and money to drag an oversized suitcase to UPS or the post office to mail it back. We kept 2 suitcases that we weren't happy with to save the hassle.
Cons: Heavy To Begin With

Previously purchased two of these with R2-D2 on them. Excellent quality and reasonably priced. Easy to roll. Used to have heavier, more unwieldy luggage and after using these, this is definitely the way to go. Wanted a third for longer trips and thought it would be fun to choose a different design.
