Steam Refresh is a Lifesaver

This is my first GE Dryer and I absolutely love it. The right height pedestal is fantastic and the steam refresh feature is amazing for my dress shirts. I like to throw my shirt in in the morning when I am getting ready and I have a practically pressed shirt when I walk out the door 15 minutes later.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Finally a dryer that will actually dry everything

Bought dryer this past week. Have used the heck out of it. Love all of the features. Have had GE appliances for many years and had just normally problems if any at all.

Absolute poor workmanship

These machines don’t last. They break and GE warrant is worthless. I $25,000 worth of the “top of the line” appliances 4 years ago and within 2 years each needed a major repair. This is the latest broken part.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Horrible Experience!

I bought one in early March & was told it was a special order and took over 3 weeks to receive. Upon receiving it and starting an initial load it made a horrible screeching sound. I called the company I bought it from and they brought me a loaner while putting a replacement on order. A little over 3 weeks later I finally get the replacement dryer (again special order so it took that long for the replacement to be delivered). Well... start up the dryer (& mind you this is the 2nd one & the same model etc) and within 30 mins this one sounds like a grocery cart running across rough places on a parking lot and only got worse the longer it ran. Its now been over 7 weeks and I don't have the dryer I bought in my house in working condition!? I'm now waiting on yet a 3rd one and this will be THE LAST opportunity I'm giving it before I change to a completely different brand and have the brand new matching washer taken back as well swapping both out! I can't even give a rating on performance as the quality is apparently so bad I can't get it to run long enough to find out how it performs!?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We bought this dryer a few months ago to match our GE Washer ! It was the best decision, and it dries a full load in only 30 minutes. Love that feature.

I bought this drier along with a washing machine a couple of months ago. I like the different clothing selections & then the machine determines the time length, etc. I especially like the fact that clothing that usually took an hour to dry in my old machine now because of the machine sensors takes around a half hour. Love the energy savings!
