Owned from new for 4 years and just barely out of 4 year warranty. Discontinued product by the way. Main power control board needs be replaced but of course discontinued part as well. Replacement parts should be made available for an extended period rather than a throw away. I guess now a days it is all about the profit margin.
4 years with gentle use is unacceptable for any dishwasher. Hopefully somewhere out there we can find the part, if not last LG product I will ever buy.

Kind of disappointed

We bought this for the low profile front but still having the third shelf in a small kitchen. Disappointed in the cleaning cycles. Normal takes 2 and a half hours! Everything plastic stays SOAKED and there is no 'clean' indicator. Also, the manual is horrible. It is meant for several different models and it is very difficult to find what applies to your model. When you do, only about 1/3 of the functionality is coved in the manual.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent Design and Stylish Appearance

The racking system that LG provided in this model is the best in the business! The third rack is an extremely useful feature and we love it. The front panel of the dishwasher is a sleek design with easy to use controls. Its extremely quiet when washing and it plays a nice little ditty to let you know that the wash cycle is complete. All things considered, this is a terrific product.

Not put together correctly

I bought the precursor to this same dishwasher about 5 years ago. It broke down and I bought this model, because I liked the features of the first model. I like the updating of this model's features, with the exception of one part. The dishwasher has not been scaled correctly to remain inside the rack when it is pulled out for the loading of dishes. The rack flies out, and is difficult to re-enter. Also, the inside dividers that flip up and down, do not stay up and must be continually repositioned. The repairman told me "that's the way the new model is-there is nothing that can be done to fix it". I am waiting for this rack to fly out when it is filled with dishes. For the cost of the dishwasher it should be manufactured much better.

Beautiful & quite!

I have been using my new LG for about 4 weeks now and I am totally pleased. Third rack for silverware really opens up bottom shelf for more dishes. It is so very quite you don't know its running. Only complaint is it leaves plastic items damp.

This the best dishwasher I've found

The features like the third rack and the stainless interior are fantastic. Exceptionally quiet. Adjustable middle rack height. Music tones to let you know it's done. Wireless connectivity to service for diagnosis (haven't needed that feature yet). A bit pricey but an awesome machine.

this product is so quiet, you have to check to see if it is on , my last dishwasher you could hear from anywhere in the house, works great, dishes are sparkly clean

Love the low sound this model puts out. The racks are convenient. The controls are easy to understand. The unit looks good in the kitchen. I just hope the unit lasts a long time.
