paper jammed on multiple scan

a bit disappointment on my the first use of the product. with two duplex sides paper it just keeps jamming; I have to separate the scan one page each time to avoid the jamming. The scanner is otherwise working quite well with single page receipt, paper, name card, etc.
A bit disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor setup if you don't have WPS. Android software saves it. Far more complicated than other brands which actually seem to be built for scanning to Evernote.
I upgraded from a competing brand's USB connected to an Epson wireless yesterday and this product is going back to officeworks and I will source the wireless version of the brand I had.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fast Accurate Small Foot Print suits my work place. Easy to use. Previously used multi function machines to give good scanning. The workforce DS-560 cost nothing to run.
I would recommend this to a friend!
