This samsung notebook is wonderful! I love the slim and weightless design. It's performance is top notch and keeps up with everything that I need to do and more! The fast charging is fantastic. The battery lasts a decent amount of time given the small frame of the product and it charges fully in between one and two hours. If you need a quick charge just give it thirty minutes and you will have enough juice to do a lot of things! I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a sleek and very functional notebook!

Excellent machine but missing backlit keyboard option

Not much to say about this notebook, it’s overall very well executed. The screen and touchpad are both really good and it weighs less than a 13 inch MacBook Air. However a major downturn for me is the missing backlit keyboard option. In this price range it should be at least an upgrade option. Only for that missing feature i wouldn’t recommend it and not buy it again.
Pros: Inexpensive, Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: no backlit keyboard
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Really like it so far. It's a lot more quiet than my old laptop. In fact, I can hardly ever hear the fan at all. I like the feel of the keyboard. Runs windows 10 very fast. Screen is bright and easy on the eyes. Didn't come with a ton of bloatware installed.
Has a quality feel and look.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight, sleek and slim looks, quiet, trusted brand

Pretty But Not Reliable

For the first six months I owned it - loved it. I would still like to be able to love it but it isn't reliable and neither is the warranty service.
One day, it started giving a Google Play services notice and spiraled down from there until it wouldn't do more than go into an endless reboot cycle until the battery ran out.
Sent it off to warranty repair and it came back with the screen not properly seated in the frame. A corner of the screen stuck up and the buttons on the front worked intermittently.
Back in for repair and came back IN THE SAME CONDITION AND it needed a firmware update BUT the firmware update WON'T LOAD,
Back again?
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight, Built-in speakers
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
