I can't hear the person who is calling unless it is on speaker.....same thing if I make a call.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and feedback with us! To adjust the volume during a call, simply press the up arrow on the handset repeatedly. You can also activate the volume boost by pressing the BOOST button.

I havew Panasonic Amplified cordless phone for two years.

I like the phone very much, except that it does not have the capacity to block a lot of spam calls that one gets. Hearing features are very good, good on setting up, procedures require that you remember how each thing needs to be done, but relatively easy if one has no memory problems. I have six phones around the house so I can answer about anywhere I need. Wish it had a better extention so I could walk about 300 feet away from the house, as I have another place that I could use the extension. Better than any that I had used before considering it is a land line. Can not text from this phone or receive text.

Device working well. Replaced an older model with this device with its boost feature which I needed due to hearing issues.
