My husband surprised me with the mini IPad. Since I travel frequently, its great to put in my purse and go. The cellular feature means it works anywhere, the car, the airport, the beach. I love it!

Really slow

While streaming is great, using the Internet is super slow. I generally go to my phone to do online searches as it takes so long to get from page to page. It doesn't matter if I am using wifi or data. Actually, I think it might be a bit faster using just wifi and turning the data off. A total waste putting it on my plan.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
