Love my new patio heater

I received this as a 2017 Christmas gift. It's a beautiful addition to my screened in porch. It creates a relaxing ambiance as well as just the right amount of heat. I had seen these at various restaurants, used on their outdoor patios, and I just had to have one. I plan to use it out by my pool during the warmer months. Upon opening the box and beginning to assemble, I noticed one of the glass tubes had a small crack at the top. I called the customer support center the following day to report the issue and they sent me a replacement glass tube in 2 days free of charge with no questions asked. Great company and product!

Purchase this heater as I had seen a few at some upscale restaurants in town. Assembly was very easy and the heater looks and works great.

Great Features, Very easy to assemble

I brought this 2 weeks ago and finally had a chance to assmeble it. Assembly was very easy for myself. I completed assembly in about 60 minutes. It Fired right up on the first attempt. I am very pleased with this product!

Easy assembly

Arrived undamaged. All parts were in the box. The instructions were clear and assembly was relatively easy. Ignitor didn't work, but there is an opening to light with a lighter, and it lit up on the first try.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My wife and I compromised on the selection of this unit---she wanted as much glass as possible with a small, decorative base and I wanted something that would actually provide heat. I must say that she is pleased and so am I. Although I needed a short step ladder to assemble the top without laying it down on its back, this seems to be a well built import for a change. Nice aesthetics, nice heat. Note: The retailer's website that I purchased this from stated that the cabinet was powder coated stainless steel. The manufacturer has confirmed that this is not correct. The cabinet is powder coated steel. Since this is not the WTLiving's fault, I am not deducting a star from the product rating.
