I love the look in the design of the patio heater however the instructions could be much better or even a video how do I assemble it it took me a while to figure it out

We received two of these units as a gift and we are really enjoying watching the flames dance up the tubes in the evenings. We hope to get many years of enjoyment from these heaters.

Attractive but flimsy

Purchased for ease in transport, aesthetic value and a little heat. Checked all three boxes but disappointed on stability of door and heat deflector. Very thin bend/dent easily.

Directions are dismal at best

If you buy this, you may wish to first get an Engineering degree because there are 1000 pieces (screws) and 8 steps in the directions. There are no details that explain how to assemble

We just got ours. Put it together in hour and a half. Put new tank in. Turned it on and Fantastic Heat - very easy to use - and with wheels very easy to move around patio. It also Looks good with its brush copper sides. Very Happy with purchase - May get another one.

Quality Appearance, Good Value

I bought two of these patio heaters. The good: they appear to be high-quality and (see below) when they work, they look and feel great. Assembly does take a while, but that's maybe to be expected. The only downside is that one of my heaters would only start after (literally) hundreds of tries while the other starts immediately (I tried switching propane tanks, etc). I am working with customer service now to see how that might be resolved. The only other downside is that the sheet metal is very sharp. When working with the dysfunctional heater, my fingers and hand got all cut up from the sheet metal while trying to start the heater over-and-over again. I'm giving this a 4-star review in the hopes that my heater is simply defective and that if it were to start right away, maybe my hand wouldn't have gotten sliced-up.
