Works great, but the instructions

Bought this to extend patio time during the pandemic.Works great and seems like it should last, but 2 things on putting it together.
1. Having screws preinserted into the slots means it takes twice as long since I had tn remove them to put it together.
2. Instructions were not clear about what was front and back, and the base didn't match the diagram, so I ended up at the last step, realizing that it wouldn't quite work, and having to take apart most of it.

Some of that is user error, but some simple stickers or clear directions would make it idiot proof.

Warm & Beautiful

I bought this after our previous patio heater died and I love this one so much more. We had hat the traditional heater and my head would get warm but never the rest of me. This glass sided heater is both much warmer around the body but also much nicer to look at

Bought this a month ago since our older heater "died". Like the look of it but it doesn't seem to generate the same amount of heat as our older heater. But love the look of it!!

We bought this last year and I finally getting to use it. Assembly took some time but the heater looks really nice and tall. Highly recommend

Great looking heater.

I've had it in the box since last Spring, and finally put it together this weekend. And I'm very impressed how it looks and operates. We plan to use it this weekend for a Christmas party in our outdoor entertainment area. So far so good and I'd recommend this product.

Looks attractive but not hot

This is a good looking unit and was fairly easy to assemble. When I tried to light it, I got a pilot flame but it went out as soon as I released the button. So it looked like the thermocouple wasn't working to allow the opening of the main gas. I called the company and they immediately sent out a new burner assembly. Swapped it out by removing 4 screws and it worked perfectly.
The heater sends a flame straight up the glass tube and is very visually appealing. But it doesn't seem to radiate a lot of ambient heat from the sides. Maybe the top reflector should be a little larger and round instead of square. We'll have to see if this will be beneficial on calm chilly evenings.
