A durable, leak-proof travel mug with excellent in

I’ve been using the Contigo Autoseal West Loop Travel Mug and I’m very impressed with its performance. It keeps my drinks hot for hours thanks to its excellent insulation, and the Autoseal lid is truly leak-proof, even when carried in a bag. The one-button operation makes it easy to drink with one hand, which is great for commuting. It feels durable, well made, and very portable for everyday use. I would definitely recommend it.

Excellent travel mug! The mug is easy to hold and fits perfectly in my cars cup holder. The push button for the top is great and easy to use, I’ve had no issues so far. This is great at keeping my coffee warm for hours!

I use it daily to bring the coffee to the office and it stays warm for at least 6 hours, it does not change its taste or texture, it does not spill, I love to use it.

Love this travel mug! Keeps my morning coffee hot for hours. Easy to clean and portable. Fits in the car cup holders easily. Spill proof and not heavy. Definitely recommend for everyday use.

This travel mug is the perfect size, easily fits in my cup holder, and most importantly it keeps my coffee hot! I never have spilling issues. And cleaning up is a breeze!

Not as good as the old design

The new version of this product is nowhere near as good as the older one. The older stainless-steel mug — which I had for about six years — was dishwasher safe and still in perfect condition, but when the lid finally broke I went to buy a replacement. I assumed the new lid would be interchangeable with my old mug, but it isn’t — the design has changed.
I’m very disappointed that:
There’s no option to purchase just a new lid, which customers clearly need.
The new design is not dishwasher safe, which is a deal-breaker for me and many others who use these daily.
Please either make replacement lids available for older models or redesign the mug to be dishwasher safe — this is a basic usability feature that’s missing from this version.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
