Loved the cup...until now

I love my autoseal coffee cup. Keep my coffee hot for a very long time. Only problem I have is this weekend it started leaking. I checked to make sure it was on right and it was. Not sure why it is leaking now. I searched to see if replacement lids were available, but nope.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I gave one to all 5 of my children last year for Christmas. They all said "best sippy cup ever" this is my first one, over 5 years ago.

Was my favorite until the spring stopped working

This was my favorite mug for avoiding spills, I used it daily until 1 day I spilled my drink on my bed. I thought maybe I closed it wrong. Nope, turns out e sipping opening wasn't even all the way closed even though its supposed to automatically close. I soaked it and used every cleaning solution I could think of with a straw cleaner to get deep in there but there was nothing stuck in the springs, they just suddenly corroded. No way for me to replace it so I had to throw the cup away. So sad. Now I know not to get a cup woth such intricate parts. It was perfect if only it lasted.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Travel Companion a Girl could ever ask for!

Love this mug, I have had this mug almost a decade now. Purchased is on a military base and it has been through a lot, to include a lot of countries. I have used it almost everyday since I purchased it. I has just now showed issues, and it was not even the products fault. My kid wanted to do a "deep" clean on it and threw out the rubber-like stopper in the lid mechanism. If this piece was available for purchase, I definitely would and keep jugging along. Everything about this product has been great. I have never seen anything close to it.

I love how long the cup keeps my coffee warm, though I usually use it to go from home to work, where I drink it without the lid. My ONLY complaint is the lid! It's not an issue with leaking, but the gunk that accumulates around the spring. What the heck is that gunk??? Like I said, the lid is generally only on the cup for a half hour or so; only steam is hitting the lid. I shouldn't need a Q-Tip and/or toothpick to clean a lid that only holds liquids. So is that the rubber, silicone, or whatever breaking down???
What's really gross is when it breaks loose and I haven't realized it until the coffee is in my mouth. Blech!

One Handed Perfection

This is the perfect one-handed liquid container. Keeps it cold when you want it cold, keeps it hot when you want it hot. And when it's closed you can shake it all day long and nothing's coming out. I show this one off to my friends by taking a sip, closing it and turning it upside down over my paperwork. Never fails to impress.

Best coffee travel cup I have ever had by far!!!! Not even close. Amazing how long coffee stays hot. I now use it at work and home as well.

My autoseal container would not release. After contacting customer support they were willing to send men a new container without any questions, really stand behind there product.
