Best Thing I’ve Found In The Ditch Yet

I found this and it works perfect for my classic and vintage vehicles that don’t have cup holders. No, it’s not what you think- try 1983 Escort. The economy is tough and it’s paid off. It. Does. Not. Leak. Or. Spill. Anything. I drove past it twice a day for almost two weeks- it was sitting in the ditch of a county road so I grabbed it, took it home and cleaned it up. It likely fell off of somebody’s flatbed when they were checking their cattle on cornstalks but despite the dent, it’s pretty good. I don’t know how this was taken care of before I found it but I don’t know if it keeps this warm for 7-8 hours, especially if you are outside. I took it hunting and it was nice just to shove in a pocket someplace and have something warmish to drink all morning.

This cup keeps my coffee or hot chocolate real hot for like 6 to 8 hrs. just wish it had a handle.

Not spill proof or leak proof

Opening that you drink from does not seal completely and for some reason, you don’t sell a small rubber seal that is supposed to stop spills. Rotten way to drum up business.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good mug

I did buy this coffee mug ( West Loop 2.0 Stainless Steel Travel Mug with AUTOSEAL® Lid, 20 oz ) at the beginning was very excellent mug but now when I locked it and I tilting the mug the coffee comes out just like is not locked and the coffee won’t stay hot I need help what to do I love my mug

Bottom plate came off.

Have been trying for some time to file a claim on a defective mug. The bottom plate on the cup came off. I get no where with the web site on this problem. I had one before this that I had about 5 years before it finally gave out.

The bottle is closed with steam on the lid and neck of the bottle, the paint is very easy to peel off.

Best Travel Companion a Girl could ever ask for!

Love this mug, I have had this mug almost a decade now. Purchased is on a military base and it has been through a lot, to include a lot of countries. I have used it almost everyday since I purchased it. I has just now showed issues, and it was not even the products fault. My kid wanted to do a "deep" clean on it and threw out the rubber-like stopper in the lid mechanism. If this piece was available for purchase, I definitely would and keep jugging along. Everything about this product has been great. I have never seen anything close to it.

Fantastic product! .....but....

The thermal cup part is great, it insulates hot and cold both amazingly well. There's just one issue I have with the lids.
They are the best at sealing in those liquids, even when dropped. Including the time I accidentally drop-kicked one trying to catch it a little too quickly after I fumbled it.
But they might seal a little TOO well. I like to let my coffee and aromatic tea breath a bit while drinking them. And I also drink carbonated beverages out of them. I know they're not intended to deal with that pressure, so it will without a debt eventually run the lid entirely. But I also don't want to burp it every few minutes. So, if the lid is on its closed unless it's IN my hand. If the lid is off it's at great risk of losing it's contents. I would like this much more if the "lock" button got a tiny upgrade.
It should be able to lock the drink valve closed, OR lock it in the open position.
