Leakproof but doesn’t stay hot

I have had a couple versions of this cup. I really like the sealing capabilities — the lid stays on tight and doesn’t leak at all. The insulation is a bit less than I would hope for. Coffee stays hot but not for a super long time. For the price, I think there are better choices.

By far my favorite Contigo product! A true leak and spill proof lid. Easy to use and reliable. I noticed the lid quality has changed...It was super durable and has a high survivability. The generation after, if the mug is dropped, the lid has a tendency to pop off.
I would recommend the QC team to re-evaluate your drop test.

Great cup especially for winter

Keeps coffee hot in my car ride! It is a little difficult to push the tab to open because I have weak ads but it’s still a great cup!! Easy to wash and easy to put the top on.

Locking lid = go anywhere convenience

My husband uses this mug for his morning coffee. His favorite feature is the locking lid, which is so secure that he can close things up and throw it in his lunch bag without worry, keeping his hands free to carry other items to the car and into the office once he arrives. He loves to sip his coffee over the day, so keeping the liquid hot without having to reheat it is very important to him. The inside of the mug is lined with ceramic which helps maintain the robust flavor of the coffee as well. Overall this travel mug is our #1 choice!

Durability is the best

I really like this i use it everytime we go fishing its very convient durability is good and it doesnt leak it keeps my hot chocolate or coffee warm

Product has leaked from almost the beginning. I’ve had it for 2 months with limited use and it will pour out a stream of hot coffee between the vessel and the lid. Very disappointing how cheaply made it is. We will see if I can get another one to try as I’ve submitted warranty info and it was a gift. Only option I had was getting a blueberry colored one back which I want stainless steel like the one that was purchased for me.

Loving every day I use it.

I use it daily to bring the coffee to the office and it stays warm for at least 6 hours, it does not change its taste or texture, it does not spill, I love to use it.
