Replacement lid needed

We have 4 contigo mugs in our house yet only one is usable as a travel mug due to the lids failing. This would be a 5star review if there was a way to easily replace the autoseal lid when it breaks. I like the functionality yet I do not like the durability. I would like a way to easily order 4 replacement autoseal lids.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor cap design

The lip of the cap protrudes too high and makes it difficult to place lips on it. The 2.0 version was the best and once again, some design team team decided to make a great product and make it bad. Oh well, will return the 3.0 and look for another brand. After 12 years of using contigo products, they have successful made their design worse and lost a longtime customer!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’ve been using the Contigo Autoseal West Loop Travel Mug and it has been great. It keeps drinks hot for hours and the Autoseal lid is completely leak-proof, which makes it perfect for commuting or travel. I’ve been using the Contigo Autoseal West Loop Travel Mug and I’m very impressed with its performance. It keeps my drinks hot for hours thanks to its excellent insulation, and the Autoseal lid is truly leak-proof, even when carried in a bag. The one-button operation makes it easy to drink with one hand, which is great for commuting. It feels durable, well made, and very portable for everyday use. I would definitely recommend it.

Works ok for the price

Product kept my coffee warm but did not last as long as other mugs. For the price it is hard to beat. It fits in all of my cupholders and fits well in my hand.

Keeps drinks hot

Excellent travel mug! The mug is easy to hold and fits perfectly in my cars cup holder. The push button for the top is great and easy to use, I’ve had no issues so far. This is great at keeping my coffee warm for hours!
