Beautiful Hardware, Terrible Software

I purchased this watch a few months ago because I wanted all the style of a watch with the functionality of a fitness tracker. The android app doesn't deliver; my watch won't even sync anymore (ever.) I've been told to and have performed a factory reset to my phone and to the watch. I purchased the watch two months ago and I have the worst buyers remorse of my life.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Won't sync

I just got an iQ+ Move as a gift and it won't sync. It has an error syncing every time.

I love this watch. It's well made and it looks so stylish, no one can tell it also tracks your steps. The app works perfectly fine on my iphone. The Indiglo was a great addition to the watch, I use it when I go on late night runs. The plastic bands are so comfortable and I love the different colors they offer!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Won't sync with Iphone

I tried like a hundred times and the sync stops when it reaches 12%, and won't recognize the watch. Now I use it as an expensive analogue watch.

Love the look and the potential, but won't sync

I've had this watch only slightly over a year and it just basically quit on me. I can't sync it with my phone at all anymore and I've reset it and everything. Not sure what else to do but from the looks of it, other people have had this problem too. I love what the watch is supposed to be, so I just wish it worked.
