Great Watch!

Just bought this watch 4 days ago and I'm loving it. Decided to upgrade from the Gear S2 after having it for nearly two years and I'm glad I did.

I previously owned the Gear Fit watch but decided to upgrade to the Gear S3 as it offered more features. I have no regret with the purchase. This is an amazing smartwatch with many features that all perform as they should. Battery life with my usage has been amazing. Quality and durability are excellent. I highly recommend it

The Gear S3 frontier is the most stylish smartwatch out there, with its rugged yet sporty look and feel. But it can also appear somewhat dressy, so it is very versatile. It has an abundance of apps and customization to make it your own. The only issue I've seen is with the Messaging app not being available (I use an LG V20). I can get notifications and reply, but I'm unable to start from scratch or view old messages. That would bump me to a straight 5 across the board.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Built-in speakers
Cons: missing messaging app

Great wearble works flawlessly. My only gripe is the lack of apps. For starters a Compass would be nice along with an Onstar app so that I can remote start my vehicle. This wearable has so much potential! Unleash it PLEASE

I have tried all smart watches none come close to the S3 only one I have not returned in 24 hrs and I don't want to even take it off to charge it .
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable, Inexpensive, Lightweight, Built-in speakers

I am so happy with my Watch. I can change and customize the features in it with ease. Were I work it is not easy to carry a phone but this watch solved that. Messages, calls, Emails at the flip of my wrist and turn of the dial.
Pros: Durable, ease of use, battery life!

I came to the s3 frontier after an interesting but limited Androidwear experience. First, I love the design and the size. It is perfect for my wrist and I have no complaints. The stainless steel feels substantial but not on early heavy. The bezel is responsive and quite enjoyable. Second, the "lack of apps" does not matter to me. It has what I need, plus, I can make calls and text!! What else do I need? Nothing comes to mind. Third, I hope Samsung does not make substantial changes to the design, because it is near perfect!

For me, the Frontier S3 has met and exceeded any expectations I have had. I was using the S2 before and when the Frontier found my wrist...it was as if Samsung designers/engineers were reading my mind as to the changes and improvements that would catapult their product to even higher levels. Definitely keeping an eye on the horizon for all future innovations and advances in Samsung's products. I am sold! The size is right on. I have always worn a larger, heavier watch (since I was a kid). I wear the watch face on the bottom of my wrist as that is what my grandfather used to do and it minimizes any potential damage to the face. I don't notice the weight at all as the heft makes me feel like I have capable mechanics doing their work. The provided band is highly comfortable...I literally wear it 20-22 hours in the day including sleeping with it. I do change from one wrist to the other occasionally when running or sleeping as the BT and button alignment work better for those activities. I like the fluid nature between it and my S7 Edge. I have all the connectivity I could need with all of the flexibility of minimizing that intrusion when I want to...i.e. notifications/no disturb/etc. I find the SHealth apps to be more than adequate for my workout activity and the watch doesn't miss a mile/stride. I don't have any issue with battery life, I have read the suggestions on various articles and have tuned in to how to get all the use from the watch while managing battery life. The navigation of both software and hardware are easy and sensible. I can do a 6-8 mile run while listening to my stored music on BT headphones, GPS on and activity tracking without cracking 30% of the battery...then stop at the local store and buy a drink with my Samsung Pay. The recharge is fine with the watch powered off and I am showering or driving. I don't think I have had the battery below 50% yet with daily use. Cannot think of any changes I would need to make me more satisfied than I am now!
