High Quality Worth it's Value

I researched this watch for several months before making my decision that I wanted the gear s3. My wife purchased it for me for a Father's Day present and I was amazed by it quality. I am a Samsung phone lover so this watch paired perfect and works great with my phone. The gear s3 is perfect for me and very well worth it's price. If you love android and Samsung products, don't hesitate to buy.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Built-in speakers, large display

I bought this a month ago and I'm very pleased with the product. It works fine. It helps me track my workouts while allowing me to be connected when and where I needed without even have to look at my phone.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Lightweight, Built-in speakers, Durable

Very Misleading

On Samsung website they're advertising products stating that these products can withstand water for a long period of time, ok to drop and dust resistant. This information is very very misleading.
I'm a service provider and watch my hands occasionally and was told my watch is water damaged because I put in water for too long. This was very disturbing when I know for a fact that the most I do with this watch on is wash my hands.
Please don't be misled... I will never by another watch from this company. I have several galaxies and note phone from them and is very concerned at this point. I will be going to other consumers whose products actually does what advertise.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

read all the reviews, this seemed exactly like what I needed. I have a Google Pixel 3 and what I found was that there is no Messages app on the watch when paired with a non-Samsung phone. Went online to seach various forums and found about 1,000 other angry customers. Taking it back to the store. This was the main reason i wanted this watch so that i could read and reply to messages without having to take out my phone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this a s gift for myself. Loved it initially but battery life was subpar. Long story really short, Samsung has wrongfully charged me for a covered warranty repair and failed to honor the agreement. This watch has been replace 3 times. Once they even sent me a watch incompatible with my carrier. So for about 2 years I've paid for a basically non functional watch and monthly carrier charges (which has not been used at all since the battery never last long enough to use it). This has been a wasteful.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've had this watch for about 5 years and really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, my S10 was damaged so I bought the S24 but it is not compatible with my new phone so now I have to buy a newer model. I think that is ridiculous.

Samsung has hit it out of the park with this watch, and I'm not saying this just because the review is on Samsung's site. Coming from Android Wear 1.5, I did not want to wait for the delayed 2.0 release, and further, the design and features of this watch are outstanding. Watch itself looks great (like a 'real' watch!), watch faces are so well done (including shading that changes as your wrist rotates), animations are excellent (smooth and feature-rich where needed, mechanical looking where needed), and the watch feels and fits great. Samsung Pay on the wrist is a great experience (and easier to use than the phone - authentication and activation of the payment is 2 clicks and reliable /simple, vs. the phone can be a bit more difficult at point of sale..not terrible but the watch is just better). Apps are great. Shealth is even better as augmented by the watch. Samsung needs to continue to cultivate the ecosystem with even more apps, but there are a number of useful apps and it's clear they have been working on big names (Uber, etc)). Great job Samsung!!
