Great watch battery lasts days on full charge and video/sound is great serious lack of apps though and few there are only work short period then cease function 2 paid apps so far stopped working week 2 after purchase. Voice activate random goes at work but won't boot up when I want to
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable, Built-in speakers
Cons: no netflix or hbo apps youtube apps fail
I would recommend this to a friend!

waste of money...overheats, read the fine print---can't use the watch like expected and battery life is abysmal .... does look good though.
Pros: Durable
Cons: Did not meet expectations

I bought this about a year or two ago to go along with my new phone. I absolutely loved this watch until they sent a software update out. The update destroyed the battery life on the watch. The watch will say its at 2% then when I go to charge it, 5 minutes later it says its fully charged. The watch cant hold a full charge for more than 4 hours total. I'm extremely disappointed with how the reliability of my watch went from amazing to just a hassle to use. I love Samsung but this incident just left me sad.

I will never buy another Samsung smart watch. After one of the last updates the watch will not stay on. When you put it on the charger it shows a battery percentage (for example: 57%). Then within a few minutes it shows 100%, but the watch will not stay on as if the battery is not charged. One of the reasons I stayed with Samsung is because of the watch. Apple makes a far superior smart watch without all of these problems. I will be trading in my Note 8 for an iPhone as soon as my contract is up.

This watch is only good for text and phone calls. When it comes to everything else, it's JUNK.
Samsung Pay- doesn't work!
Step counter- extremely inaccurate!

If you're like me, you didn't look at all the problems people are having online. It makes you want to second guess the whole watch. Samsung is obviously letting it go.

I looked at these watches for months watches 100 reviews on YouTube before I made my choice, I have to say I love my watch and would recommend this to anyone who loves quality and functionality it matches perfect with my s9+ cant say enough about how excited I am to own this watch dont wait get one and enjoy.
