Awful watch, dont waste your time or money

literally the only good thing about this watch is how it looks. it does have a very sleek design, and if you have the display set to always on you can make it look like youre wearing a very expensive real watch. but other than that, this is worthless. shortly after buying this watch, my google pixel 2xl updated to android 10, and the watch battery life immediately disintegrated. before the update, i could get 2 days out of the watch. after, i couldnt even get through an 8 hour work shift without turning on low power mode, and even then it would die sometimes.
and the app store for this is terrible! slow, clunky, and with so many limited options, most of which are badly designed third party apps.
get an iphone and apple watch instead.

The best smartwatch I have tried

This is my 3rd smartwatch I buy and the gear S3 by far is the best smartwatch I have tried thank you samsung
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable, Inexpensive, Lightweight, Built-in speakers
Cons: nothing to say here is just perfect

This watch is really cool, it tells me the time, tracks my footsteps, tells me my heart rate, and many other great features. There is however one problem, it is not compatible with phones like mine, i have a HTC desire 626 and when people message me it shows up on my watch but i cannot text them back from my watch without exiting the notification and going to contacts and scrolling all the way to the persons name. Now that is the only inconvenience about it. I do not have a messaging app with my watch, and it wont let me download one. I tried updates but still not working. Overall i think it is inconvenient.

The Spotify app doesn't work at all and s voice it really terrible . And I can't respond to notifications with voice control because it's the Bluetooth version and it says SMS not available . Have to restart everyday to correct some kind of screen malfunction not accepting touch and battery life is nowhere near 4 days, 2 tops.
Pros: Durable
Cons: Did not meet expectations, it only kinda works like its supposed to, lotd.of software issues and, iffy functionality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have Gear S3 for year , it was some problems with Samsung Health app but last month it looks like everything was fixed. I hike/bike /run a lot ,this is why I got this watch . Now all apps work good ,no problems.Buttery life is awesome .
