Some Great, Some Work Needed

Needs to add a Google search feature. to Google search the internet from The Watch. Talk to text recognition is shotty at times. Mainly when I'm driving and I need it the most.
Waterproof works really well. Have taken a bath and shower with it on more than one occasion. Fitness applications work well, but limited on the amount of fitness trackers that can be added.
Banking, stock market, and other apps that are used daily should be added as well. Factory added Bloomberg app is useless. Wish Samsung would have kept the camera on the watch. At this price point there should not be a limit on futures.
Slick Look! Quickly glance at notifications from phone.

The watch overall looks really nice and I get a lot of compliments on it. This is the first watch I have ever worn. I never liked wearing anything on my wrists before so it did take some time to get used to and I am still getting used to having it on my wrist.
To sum up the main uses for the watch it comes down to these 3 things: 1. Quickly glance at notifications (text, FB messenger, email, apps, fitness trackers) 2. Track your fitness 3. Quickly pay almost anywhere with Samsung Pay
Samsung Pay works amazingly well and seems to be even faster than the phone. It has worked everywhere so far. I really like that it gives you 30 seconds to pay. I think the phone app should be increased to at least 15 or 20 seconds as this makes it convenient to turn on as the cashier is finishing up the checkout.
The fitness apps work pretty well. I am not sure the flights of stairs works very well. I think maybe there is a height that it is trying to hit and it must not think I am going up that high. I really would like to see an app such as map my fitness for the watch. Then it can track your fitness on a pre-downloaded map and show you everywhere you went.
The app section is pretty limited right now. Overall it seems to work fine. I would like to see my email from Inbox by Google added to the watch since I don't use the Samsung inbox. For now, I only get through my Verizon texts and my facebook messenger messages.
I have a small wrist and I think the watch looks fine. It looks like any other metal watch with a big face. There are a lot of watch faces and it is easy to switch faces at any time. I really like the faces that have the time, plus the fitness trackers on it so that you can easily check on those numbers at the flick of a wrist.
Battery life is really strong. It lasts at least 3 days. Depending on what I am doing with it, I might just charge it at 2 days just to make sure it won't die on me.
Pros: Durable, easy navigation with bezel, pay anywhere with samsung pay
Cons: not enough apps
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great watch but...

This is a great watch, but it could have more features. like the ability to do more customization to the way it functions. They also need to develop more useful apps. The screen resolution is amazing. I bought a metal band insted of using the rubber band it comes with. All in all a great buy.
This is a very nice watch. I got the bluetooth-only version because I have little need to be disconnected from my phone and don't want the extra monthly charges on my already too high cell bill.
The device itself is done very well. The build quality is good but not great. The rotating bezel is a genius design but the bezel rattles on mine when touched...meaning it is not securely fastened as a premium-priced product like this should be. The looks are excellent. Good job Samsung! It is very large though...I'm a larger than average male (6'1" and 225lbs) and I can't imagine women wearing this watch or even smaller men. It's huge!
The ease of use is also done very well with a high degree of customization available.
As with all mobile devices, battery life is a major concern. Samsung's stated 3-4 days is, not surprisingly, a bit of an exaggeration. My experience has been between 1-2 days. 1 day with heavy use. I have never gotten through a 2nd full day without reaching critical battery status. Keep in mid that isn't a phone where you can just plug it in anywhere you have a micro usb cable, you have to have the proprietary charger...of which you probably have only one....at home. So, I just take it off every night and put it on the charger (in the kitchen) and I'm good for the next day. But this means I can't use it as an alarm or sleep tracker. (I can't imagine what the battery life must be like on the LTE version with the cellular radio running all the time)
My only strong complaint is the lack of apps. Contributing to this issue (and maybe the only significant factor) is that the device uses Samsung's proprietary Tizen OS rather than a more common and open Android Wear OS. This significantly hinders development....which in turn limits the usefulness of the device and places a ceiling on just how successful it can be in the very crowded wearable market. I don't know Samsung's reasoning for this decision (money, most likely) but, as a generally rule, I strongly disagree with proprietary solutions to most things in which third party development is depended upon for the device to be successful...and this one is no exception.
Overall I am satisfied with the device with a few shortcomings. It is a very good device that could be a great device if it ran on a more common OS and they address the few items I mention above.
Pros: attractive
Cons: Too big

Great Smartwatch! I think it leads the way for smartwatches

I love the bezel interface and it makes the experience all the more enjoyable. The only and really the only issue i see is the lack of applications that are useful for the watch. It would be great to have more functional apps.
A social media hub with apps for instagram, facebook, snap and more. It would also be great to access the photos on my phone to my watch and not have to upload each one and store it on the watch. A simple gallery app synched with my phone would be nice.
So much potential for the future. It is great as it is for its use as a watch and the style is very masculine.
I am happy with the product but hope for more apps soon.
Pros: masculine stylistic look
Cons: not enough apps
I would recommend this to a friend!

I owned many wearable in the past, this one is by far the best one. Build quality is awesome, I own many luxury watches but I dont want to wear them because I enjoy this one so much.
The only issue I have is the Samsung pay, some of the merchants dont understand that Samsung pay works everywhere, its not like apple pay. as soon as I start to pay with my watch they say OOO we dont take apple pay, thats when I have to take 5 minutes educating them that this is not like apple pay and it works anywhere I can swipe a card. I wish samsung would have dont more advertising on the Samsung pay and how it works so people know why its much better than apple pay.
