The features and everything about this w watch is premium!! The only one issue I have found is the battery is pretty unpredictable. Same usage every day but every now and then it dies in just a few hours could be I didn't have It on the charger right and didn't notice I'm not sure but over all the use of this watch is far easier and more user friendly than its competition!
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable, Lightweight

Love the watch. Easy to navigate thru apps with touch screen and benzel. Works great with my galaxy note 9. Battery life is also good 2+ days usually normal use. Heart rate was right on when I tested with store machine and also personal tester. Just the right size also for my wrist has many options with different faces and bands. Also purchased a case to protect outside of it and a glass screen cover cause I use it in rough areas. Haven't had any issues with water had in pool yesterday for 30 min and never take it off for shower unless its charging.

Samsung Gear S3 Frontier is a masterpiece of a timepiece. I've read reviews, and stalked all of my favorite electronic stores, both online, and in store for weeks trying to decide between the Nixon Mission, and this bad boy... I pulled the trigger on the S3 Frontier, and am more than pleased with my purchase. Every new Samsung product I integrate into my life becomes an almost immediate necessity. The versatility, functionality, and productivity that my Samsung EDC (Every Day Carry) tech adds to my life is immense. From my Note 5, Micro SD cards, USB drives, SSDs, ear buds and now my wrist wear (Watch), Samsung products are a huge part of my life, and I love them. I could go on, and on: My monitors, my SmartThings Integrations, TVs, sound bar, etc.... Time and time again I boast to others about the Samsung products I carry. ("Come'on'Note 8"), and this watch continues the trend. It's responsive, helpful, gorgeous, and I am just tickled to death with the futuristic watch faces available out there on the market..

Good watch with limited function and issues

I can live with the watch for all basic function it comes with, but I have to address that the watch does not support most apps that are available to Android Wear, and I was even more surprised that the watch reminder does not even sync to Samsung Calendar app on my S7 Edge, so I have to purchase a separate app from Galaxy Store to get grocery list. The watch does not come with a native map app, and the one from Gear Store does not function properly most of the time.
As a smart watch, as Samsung commercial promoted, it should be a good device for fitness as well. But the GPS on the watch is far from accurate and reliable for an active runner, I have been doing a 10 days running schedule, I found 7 out of 10 days, the GPS will stop working during my run, and I lost the distance count, and for some reason, the GPS function for the GPS& Wireless option has never worked properly even after a swap with T-Mobile, and there is no way you can make GPS signal only, because the watch magically switch back to GPS&Wireless option sometimes...
This is my last time to consider a wearable device from Samsung due to poor design (beside what I mentioned above, the watch is way too big a 5' 7" woman) and poor app eco system.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: Too big, Did not meet expectations, Poor quality, poor gps distance count, poor app development
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have owned the watch for about a month and I am Quite satisfied with the product I love the way it feels I was worried it would be to big on my small wrists ,it fits just fine .I bought extra bands and it switches out easily, as for the watch it's self I love the functionality of it's design ,the battery goes 2 and a half days less if you use a lot of bright clock faces . The notifications works well and while driving I just have to hit the phone button to answer.
