Limited unless you have a samsung phone

I have a high end android phone, but its not Samsung, so important apps like Uber don't work. I am also less than impressed with the overall lack of useful apps. For example, there are only a few navigation apps and they are buggy and slow.
I like the watch overall, and will continue wearing it, but I'll be shopping for my next one because I think Samsung over promised and under-delivered here.
What I love: the automatic workout and run tracking, seamless syncing with my phone, great look, easy to use, and decent battery life.
Pros: easy to use
Cons: Did not meet expectations

Back of watch covering sensors cracked

I could not figure out how it possibly occurred; most likely because the dock was overheating. Samsung charged for the repair even though the watch was only about 6 months old.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight, Built-in speakers, navigation
Cons: Poor quality, support, replacement parts availability, repair options

Best Overall Smartwatch

I have several smartwatches this one gives me just about everything that I want in a smartwatch. It is a an elegant and sturdy time piece with a lot of fitness functions. There are some improvements I would like to see.
1. Increase the number of workout listed and add heartrate to more workouts.
2. Increase the water resistant (10 meters min. so there is no need to take off while swimming)
3. Increase the batter life, the claim is 4 days realistically 2.5 at the most if using fitness.

I had to send mine in for repair, it only took about 5 days (not including 2 days shipping there and back). The problem was it would not hold a charge. So far so good.

great for city life not a true outdoor watch

I took the watch for a five day backpack trip. Was hoping to use the altimeter and other GPS features but did not work. You have to be connected to a 4gLTE and well it read 9500' when we were 13500' Great to use around town but is NOT a frontier watch.....sorry would give back if could....They should remove the word Frontier and outdoors....It is what it is but not what i was looking for and will be looking into other watches....

I absolutely love yes 3 it would have been nice if they included Au V index sensor like on the gear S however still a great watch amazing battery-life tons of free watch faces

Cons: no uv sensor or integrated solar changing system

I am a big Samsung fan but for how much this product is worth I think they should step up there game. Have to charge frequently. Features are fun and fits well, overall I say Samsung could do better. EH!

cons:
*uncomfortable watch band. the heaviness of watch after a while caused issues with carpal tunnel and was just overall uncomfortable to wear for long periods.

*Heart rate monitor is garbage. numbers were always a good 10-20 off on measurements. I compared this with 3 other monitors I have and with readings while at doctor visits. I have tried shaving hair off at the reading area, making sure skin was sweat free and clean. still had unreliable results or constant notices saying it could not read my heart rate at times. Im not sure if this might have to do with darker skin tones or not but its a possibility.
*battery is good as long as you use a dark watch face and have the screen timeout set to a min or less any more and you will have to constantly charge if you are a heavy user like myself
*very limited memory. I found myself having to pick and choose between some apps and watch faces and outright deleting as much as i could to keep watch running smoothly. when the memory fills up you begin to notice really bad interface lag and hangups.
