Great Features Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Microwave Convection Oven. Easy to use cooks great. I gave it a four because I am having a problem with the trim kit. The Trim Kit was ordered over a month ago at the same time the Microwave, dishwasher and cooktop were ordered. Everything came in but the Trim kit. I have had several dates it was supposed to be here and it did not come. The last date is May 2nd. That means it will have taken 3 months to get it. The Microwave will be sitting in a hole in the wall for two months. There needs to be readily available Trim Kits to meet the number of available Microwaves.
Pros: Convenient, Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Quality Construction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I selected this appliance when remodeling my home this summer. I have enjoyed using it and it definitely has updated the "look" of my home/kitchen. The features are easy to figure out without reading an instruction manual. I've not used the convection feature yet but plan to very soon. The quality of the appliance does not disappoint.
