[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave works great. It has many time-saving features and one-touch functions that we use. More than happy with the oven.
However, the built-in kit leaves a lot to be desired. It requires exact floor location as well as mounting the side brackets exactly with respect to the floor. it would appear that the sheet-metal bottom mounting plate could be eliminated and replaced with two mounting blocks [even wood] to make mounting and adjusting the oven's height to align the escutcheon plate.

Good, but complex unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this unit back in February, 2020, but due to COVID-19 didn't have it delivered until June, 2020. We like the look of the unit overall, and it fits well in our kitchen design. We are still learning how best to use it, ad this is due to the fact that it has so many buttons and feature settings that it's hard to earn all. Other than that, it's been very good.
