Waste of money

Last year I got two puppies.
I also bought the Hoover Spotless. Even on fresh accidents and using the pretreater, it did not remove the stain.
It is almost impossible to get pet hair out of the attachment.
I needed to use it today and realized that it wasn’t sucking up the water….the hose has split in two places.
