I’ve been a wine drinker for years, but after receiving the Mr. Beer kit as a Christmas present and giving it a try, I’ve come to really enjoy beer again. Did some tweaking with my Northwest Pale Ale

I steeped some munich malt in 150 degree water for 30 minutes, then added the Northwest Pale Ale. After 9 days i dry hopped with citra & centennial hops for 5 days. Ir turned out awesome, highlrecommend.
