The shipping box arrived with its one end having been opened and then taped bach shut in a sloppy manner, I could not trust the integrity of its contents. Here is a photo of that opened end.
I have a photo of the damaged box but at 93 years and alone, I am too dumb to add it to this report

I am sorry that the box was damaged. I can understand if you are not happy about that.
I've had that happen to shipments we've gotten before, and usually there is no problem with the contents. However if your toner cartridge was damaged, please return it. The return and exchange process is covered, step-by-step, at: store.hp.com/us/en/cv/returnsandexchanges
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried a non hp toner. The quality is not the same. I recommend just getting the hp toner. Well worth it. Excellent quality.
