BEAUTIFUL ADDITION TO MY LAUNDRY ROOM

Great Dryer

I went into the appliance store to buy another brand when the salesperson recommended this instead. It was 25% less money, same size with the similar features. I researched it online and found it to have excellent reviews. Everything dries quickly and the steam feature is helpful for getting out wrinkles.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very Disappointed

Broke within a week. There is also a damp/moldy smell...maybe because not all the water drains out? It was repaired free of charge, but when I wanted to follow-up on the repair the online service page did not give an option to allow me to. For the price paid I expected much better. Could have purchased something a lot less expensive and I wouldn't have been as disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It works great if you can get the door open and I,ve only had it for 1 month

Well less than a month ago I purchased this washer and dryer. The washer works great my close are very clean its very quit uses little water and does not walk across the floor, however after using it for only 20 days the door won't open. I hope to hear from you , I would love to be able to change my mind about my purchase and about GE.

Had to replace the top load and chose this front load module to 'match' the dryer bought a few years ago. Looks great beside that dryer!. The washer performs as advertised and I cant say enough about how the local dealer handled the transaction, delivery and installation of this machine. Will definitely deal with them again!

So far so good

We have had the washer for 1 week and so far we really like it. I love how quiet it is compared to our previous washer. We upgraded because we are going to have a baby soon and planning on using cloth diapers so I know I will be using the washer a lot. We will see how it holds up soon.
