Great value

We just installe this washer, and so far very satisfied. I previously owned a LG front load, and it would "walk" during the spin dry cycle until I bought special pads for the feet. Also had to install special tubes on the water hoses to prevent bad "water hammer" banging whenever the water turned on and off during the wash/rinse cycles. No such problems with this model. Washed bed comforter today with no vibration problem. Lots of choices on the type of wash cycle. Great value.

First time with a front-load washer and am very impressed with how thoroughly clean the clothes are -- and how dry they are after extended spin. Very impressed. There were some reviews that spoke of an "electric" smell -- for us, this dissipated after several uses. Living in CA we are very aware of our water usage... this washer seems to be very frugal with water. Impressive!

Need changes

This is my second front loader. I am disappointed in the rubber liner. It has to be dried EVERY time in use it or it could mold. I also have to take out the soap dispenser as it retains a lot of water and causes mold in that area. Too much maintenance after I am finished washing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

this is a clunker

I purchased a GE washer and had to gave it replaced after 18 months because of a bad bearing. I have had the replacement for about a month and now it too is not operating properly. we are a family of 3 so not alot of heavy use. Very disappointing especially because i have been a loyal GE customer

I've had this for a few months and have been running perfect. Recently it started to cycle the door lock/unlock. I hope this isn't a sign of junk
