I bought this a month ago and am very sorry I got it.... I wanted to make zuchini noodles and have not been able to make them successfully with this unit - I can only make the thin cut slices of zuchini not the long spaghetti-like noodles (zoodles) that I wanted to make.

I tried to spiral cut a cucumber with this but failed. It didn’t look great.

Maybe it’s me and my expectations but I find everyone I use it I have to retrain my self how to set it as it doesn’t always work for me. I love the cuisnart brand but am a little disappointed with this item.

The hand-operated Cusinart Spiralizer works on hand pressure. A bit challenging to prevent clogging in the spiralizing setting, however, the ribbon setting is easier, once trials are done a few times.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We have throughly enjoyed the spiralizer. It so easy the use and I haven’t missed pasta because the spiralizer makes my veggies so tasty. And a whole lot less expensive than buying the pre-made veggies in store.
