Highly recommended! Because it is harder to fly than you think and this model makes it easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this stunt drone about a month ago and am happy I did. So convenient that it's rechargeable, has auto landing so no crashes, flies well and is easy to learn with instructions. I would recommend for anyone who likes drones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The drone DX 5 inch is a ok built smaller drone. It doesn't self level very easy so definitely not idea for kids and I had a little trouble learning to control it as well. It does look nice so thats a plus. It's about a inch and a fourth high so its pretty small and compact. It has 4 spinning blades to help it fly but if it goes to far out you may not get it back. It charges by a usb so very simple to charge the drone it's self but the remote does take 6 AA batteries. The one thing that would make it so much better is if it was easier to control at least for a adult.

A lot of fun

It can go a good distance up and away from the remote. Myself and children have been having a lot of fun with it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over the years I've had at least 3 different mini drones and this one is easily the best. It's not super complicated to operate and the trim features are easy and straight forward. My 7 year old daughter had it off the ground in a few minutes. Super stable. Battery only last a short time before needing another charge but that's really typical of small drones. Overall, great drone.

Fun for our first drone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son has been wanting a drone for the longest time. We are rookies, so this seemed like a good one to start with. This is small (5 inches) and I am honestly thrilled that it has a rechargeable battery. The remote is very sensitive, so it takes a while to get the hang of it. Read the directions instead of trying to guess what the controls do. We flew it outdoors, on a calm day, in an open area - because it can be hard to control, I imagine it would be difficult to navigate it around trees and other obstructions. We haven't mastered the stunts yet, but this one can do flips. The LED lights on it give it a little extra excitement and you can fly it once it gets darker outside. Although we have no other drones to compare it to, we are having fun with this!
