We love our new crockpot. Temperature control is accurate with high being... well, high. Our last slow cooker was very underwhelming, and I did a lot of research before buying this one. It's ergonomic and easy to use. Love it!

I bought this a month ago and have used it several times already. Love all the features this crock pot has: locking hinged lid, and still removable, programable, and removable insert for easy cleaning. Love it!

I have an older (round) Smart CrockPot so using this new one was old hat. I am still getting used to the oval shape but like it. Also the stoneware is dark & my old one was white, but both easy to clean. However this new one has cast a spell on me, as I've already used it TWICE & have had it less than a month! Think we are going to be fine. And I'm planning to pass my old one along to a new home.
