I have made a terrific bacon wrapped pulled pork roast in it. I also made the chocolate cake recipe that was on the box. The cake needs a drizzle frosting added to it. Today I am making bacon wrapped garlic, brown sugar chicken breasts, they smell delicious!

I purchased this a few weeks ago and have used it 5 times already. I have taken the crockpot to two pot luck suppers and used it to entertain 6 SC college students stranded from the hurricane. I don't know what I would have done without a crockpot to feed my added family.

Currently using my crockpot for the first time and it is omitting an awful smell of burning plastic that I am afraid is permeating into the food. I rinsed the stoneware and lid beforehand, but is this safe? Am I going to get cancer?
