Used it one time & the exterior has a huge dent in it. It was only sitting on the counter so we aren’t exactly sure how it could happen but still obsurd that I owned crock pots from 1989 and used hundreds of times and still in perfect condition.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this a few weeks ago and used it tonight, left it on low for 8 hours according to a chicken recipe I had, the chicken was almost completely raw on the inside (cooked on the outside) but pink and red, a food thermometer confirmed it was not cooked.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought it a month ago and LOVE the features. Nothing is over done due to the timer. My boys don't even have to ask me when dinner will be ready... LOL!
My last crockpot stoneware shattered when it dropped for a school activity and I was devastated. Excitement overtook me when I looked online, then called to buy a replacement. My customer service rep was humorous, reassuring ( I don't by online often), and knowledgeable about the products and current deals.
I ended up purchasing this crockpot (it was on sale! ), and haven't looked back!
Thanks for a great deal, it was worth every penny!

Ready for my potlucks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought over a month ago and loving it. The hinged top where I don’t have to lay it down and the notch in the pot where a spoon can stay in the pot and allow for the lid to close all the way is perfect. I love the easy push button system to open and close the lid make it soooo easy to operate. No I will be ready to participate in work potlucks. Already used it at home to try it out and it cooked perfect it will soon be replacing my other digital 9 year old generic slow cooker that is on its last leg. I even talked a friend into purchasing it and he liked it soo much he decided to dump one of his other 3 slow cookers to make room for this one. The only problem now is I may have to label mine so it won’t get mixed up with his during our work potlucks.

Fabulous crockpot! Lid seals well, doesn't get lost, and is easy to clean. The ability to program at the touch of a button is great for this busy mom of three boys! I would definitely recommend it.
