Audio Issues

Nice small camera although not as manoeuvrable as I thought it would be. The day picture is great, at night it occasionally gets very 'snowy' with white speckles, but not always, which is odd!

Nice little camera with good quality fittings, although a bit fiddly to fit into it's mounting bracket. More info would be nice for the final set up, e.g. to hear audio you have to go into the main menue, select record, select mainstream and substream and tick the box for Audio, making sure that the correct channel is also selected. Click and save each time you make a change before exiting. Audio via the output on the dvr is not good unless you use a mains amplifier or use the phone app. I have mine cabled to a tv via an hdmi cord, and usb to control the mouse.

I was struggling to find a new camera to add to my system that would work on my Swann DVR. Contacted their tech help desk and that recommended this. Worked first time and gives great picture quality and sound and covers the zone it is in perfectly. It so good I now purchased another one.

This camera works really well. I like the compact design. The only flaw it has is the socket where the camera sits is limited in its range and does not fit as tightly as the other dome style cameras I have.
