This Refrigerator Is The Best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m 70 years old, so I have had many refrigerators in my lifetime. This 33” Maytag is the best ever! It is only 3” bigger than the refrigerator it replaced, but I have so much more room because of the design. The shelves are spacious & easily adjustable. The Deli drawer is the bomb. I used to have a bulky meat drawer that cut into my shelf space. I can see everything when I open the doors & don’t have to hunt around for what I want.
The stainless Steel finish is easy to care for by simply wiping with the grain using a damp cloth. No fingerprints!

The fridge was chosen by the salesperson because the store I purchased at was doing renovations and didn't have the model for me to look at, had I been able to see it I would never have bought it. It's a constant struggle to open and close the veg and fruit drawers, the tray above the bins is bowed in the middle, and the drawers run on plastic, no wheels. Ice maker is noisey and takes 3+ days to fill the ice bin, also I believe the right door isn't making a good seal. I expect more from Maytag, my first frig was Maytag and lasted 23 years. Store is "working with me" awaiting parts. Took 6 months to get this piece of crap. I am happy with the Maytag stove and micro-wave
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is exactly what I wanted. I literally had a 10 point check list and this one checks them all. I was beyond excited to get it into my kitchen after living with an apartment sized fridge for way too long. The only thing I dislike is the pull out deli drawer lid that pops up when you pull it out constantly comes undone. It's almost like it's a design flaw as the little pins that keep it in place are too short. I'll be calling Maytag to see if it's possible to have it fixed.

I had used Maytag appliances in the past and found the fridge, oven, microwave, and dishwasher models that I selected to be quality products with great features. My remodel just completed in the past week, but I have used all the appliances and have been very pleased with their performance.

My old refrigerator was a side by side and could not keep a lot of bigger items in freezer. It too was a Maytag. It was 30 yrs old. That’s why I bought another Maytag.

We have an odd space, right next to the back door, and had a hard time finding the right size for the space. This is the quietest refrigerator we have ever had. It does a great job keeping things cold or frozen. The ice cubes are a very pretty shape too.
