My daughter just loves this doll. It's funkier and more modern than her regular barbies. We think it's great that dolls of different creeds and colours are now widely available and acceptable. My daughter is really into fashion and just loves the outfit, (this said the outfit was easily removed). The hairstyle also appealed to her, and despite trying a few different styles the nylon hair hasn't become too matted or unruly! I like the fact that the doll is quite robust (it's not super skinny) and has a few curves. We'll be on the search for some of Bumble Bee's friends after Christmas.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My daughter is a huge super hero fan and has been waiting ages to get the DC superhero girls ever since she saw them on Youtube!
So the wait was finally over and she got Bumble Bee! and she loves it!
It really well made compared to her other disney dolls. It has complete movability, the hands elbows and shoulders all move and legs, hips and knees too, what my daughter really liked and she has never seen on another toy doll is the fact that she can also move the top half of her body side to side this was a really big thing she kept telling me about lol.
The outfit is very well made and easily removable and replaceable by my daughter who is 5 nearly 6 in a month, So this means you can let her play without the constant 'DAD can you take this off/put this on' I get with her other dolls :-) meaning more peace for parents everywhere lol The top is velcro at the back and the leggings just slide off and on after removing the shoes first.
She comes with her wings on a backpack (easy to take off and on by the kids) shoes and wrist guard for her super hero outfit. The wings are made of a strong plastic and as she 'fly's' she has taking many a trip down the stairs and is still in one peace and fighting crime!
The details of the face are perfect very good detail, exactly like the cartoon and this is very important as some dolls can look nothing like the character they are meant to be but this is definitely not the case with Bumble Bee she is perfect as I have been repeatedly told.
My daughter is so please she now has Super hero girl dolls from the DC world to take on the baddies and more importantly the boy super hero dolls!
Overall an amazing doll that my daughter really hasn't put down since opening now for santa to bring her the rest of the DC super hero girls.

I was sent this toy for my daughter who is four and a half. We had never heard of the DC Super Hero range before, but were very impressed. The doll is a great size and my daughter loved the wings and bright colours. I love the fact that she now has a doll to play with which is not just a barbie doll / princess doll, and will definitely be looking to purchase other super hero dolls from the range. Thanks Mattel!
