I had been searching for a radio for my kitchen countertop that would receive FM/AM radio signals and alert me when weather warnings were issued for my area. It is compact and has great reception. I believe the traditional dial functions will last longer than digital versions. Perfect for me!

Found this gem at a local big box store and I am very glad I did. Pulls in AM stations well, which is why I bought it in the first place. Does a great job with weather stations too. I'd buy it again.
