Whisper radio

I bought radio for college. To have an old fashioned pastime. Now, if I listen closely, there is a good range for stations. But the volume at 10 is a mere whisper. I can not recommend this radio for that reason. Time to look for another.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design is sleek and easy to use. Bought this as a gift for someone who likes to listen to local news and weather while starting their day. Having a battery operated (with plug in adapter) weather band radio in this day and age is a must.

Retro look am fm Weather band radio

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great sounding radio with am fm and weather band. It has a retro look to it. Great sounds. Easy tuning. Telescoping antenna. Nice carrying handle. This radio runs on electric. Plug included or 3D size batteries (not included)The only negative I can find is the tuning bar is red. It should be white, easier to see.
