did not last long but did a fair job of playing CD

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The boombox played well as long as it lasted. The CD worked about 5 years, stopped, then the radio lasted about a year longer. You get what you pay for. I am 85 and do not expect to last much longer myself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this boom box because I needed a cd player for occasional use, but using quite frequently. The sound is crisp and volume is perfect. Also, this is a great design and doesnt take up much room, great quality.
