Compact, quiet, and very user friendly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This purchase is a replacement for an outdated, heavy, broken old portable dishwasher. We needed something my wife could maneuver around the kitchen without breaking her back. This unit is the best for the money. Stainless steel tub, with enough capacity for the dishes that only a married couple produces.

Perfect size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this do to the fact that it fit perfectly in the space available and we love it. The only downside is the faucet adapter which we have not been able to find an aerator to fit over it while the dishwasher is not in use.

Extremely quiet!

There is just me and my husband so we don’t need a full sized one and my electric skillet fits in it. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it is even when you are standing right next to it.

Odd design/ smaller than comparable models

After waiting for an exceptionally long time to receive this dishwasher from a local retailer, we found that it is much smaller than the former Whirlpool 18" dishwasher that we had prior to this one. Also, the bottom rack has tilted tines in odd positions, making it very difficult to fit a variety of dishes inside. The silverware tray can only go in one location, which happens to be near the middle of the bottom rack, making the position of items even more difficult. If it didn't already take months to receive it, I would have returned it for a different, cheaper and better designed model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It could be better

I bought this a few months ago but i was dissatisfied because it requires drying agent to fully dry my dishes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great product!

I was extreme happy with it until it stopped draining water after a cycle completed. I don't know what to do, it is still working perfectly just it is a lot of water on the bottom when I open the doors.

Performs well, needs more documentation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this a little over a year ago, and have had mostly very good results. We bought the 18" size and have not had any regrets. A larger size would have meant it sitting for 2 or 3 days before use, eating all of our plates and silverware in the meantime. Our concern: the documentation that came with the unit was too limited. There should have been more instructions about troubleshooting. We do have some trouble loading bowls in this dishwasher.
