Lots of repairs

Most of the time, our Quad is sitting in guarage waiting for spare parts to be delivered.

Used it once and now it's broken

Bought it for my kids for Christmas and now that it is nice outside we used it and it started smoking, and since I bought it before Christmas it is out of warranty.... I'll never buy from here again, buyer beware!

Not Good

This thing is junk! First of all no 14 year old would be happy on this. It's fine for a 6 year old but much older than that they'll get bored quick. My biggest complaint is the spindles are trash and break WAY too easy. Not only in the loss of control a bad thing but you can't find parts anywhere to replace it. Don't waste your money on this. Get a gas powered quad that your kids will actually be able to enjoy.

Great bike, need parts

Bought for my 8 yr old at Christmas. He loves it and its a great size for him, slow enough to be safe but still fun. Plenty of power, it will even carry me (185 lbs.) around on most terrain (Unit is rated for 220 lbs). Only problem is, the spindle arm at front wheel broke and now I can’t find a replacement part. Same part that reviewer Dadofboys mentioned. All online retailers I’ve found are out of stock. Can anyone tell me where the part is available?

Would be nice if it worked

Got it for my kids last xmas. They were wowed when they saw it under the tree. It worked fine for about two months and then the breaks broke. Not long after that the motor had to be replaced. Had to find a certified Razor repair shop to get it fixed, which was not convenient. Razor covered the parts and I paid for labor, but it took about 2 months to get it back. Since we have gotten it back, several bolts needed to be tightened and now it won't charge. I'm not sure if the issue is the ATV itself or a faulty charger yet, but needless to say, I've lost patience. Given all the issues, not totally confident letting my kids ride it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Keeps breaking

This model is not sold anymore it seems. I would think it is due to design flaws. My son weights about 120 pounds and the unit says 230 pounds. After 5 short rides something in the sealed motor assembly broke and I had to have the motor replaced. Razor was great and shipped it our right away. Soon after the rear axle broke, then broke again and again. It is obviously a design flaw. I am going to the local hardware store to buy a higher grade of bolt and nut but this is not a good sign. Everything else about the unit we like a lot.

Bought two of these (fantastic price point) and our boys love them (9 and 11yo). The top speed is a safe speed for them (15-20 mph) and the quad is an animal!! . I am absolutely thrilled with these and feel that they are age appropriate for our boys and a great introduction to safety and quad handling before upgrading to anything faster - gas powered etc. Thanks to Razor for offering this as an option!
