Horrible product

I've had this for a week and it's just about unusable. They pop and crackle constantly.

I have not yet have a chance to use yet but I'm planning to try real soon. I Have to get comfortable having it around my neck and still reading the book.

Low volume

I bought the Bluetooth almost a month ago and the volume level is too low. Very difficult to hear while driving, and isn't that the point.

I don't know why, I thought there were two speakers on the headset however there is only one. I feel it would be so much better if there was one on each side!

Loving having the speaker feature on it!!!

I love having the speakers on the headset, because I don't like having to have the buds in my ears. The clarity is great, and people seem to have no problems hearing me, when it's on speaker. I just wish that it came in better colors. Black and blue are so generic. I like colors that pop.
