This thing is great. The sound is clear and rich. The buttons could extrude out more so you can find them easier. But I love it.

Need to improve telephone feature.

I really like this product for listening to books and music.
My Jawbone Bluetooth that is 7 1/2 years old, beats this product for conversations.
The external speakers need to be a bit louder for when you are in an area that is not quiet.

This is my second pair in a month! The sound quality is terrible and I always sound muffled to the ones I'm trying to talk to. I am highly disappointed at this product especially for the price I paid

Microphone does not work well. Design issue.

The product was expensive and I thought it would perform excellent. When using telephone microphone does not pick up sound well and others are unable to hear you well.
