The cuff is too rigid

I bought this about a year ago. Didnt need to use it much until lately, The end is very rigid and does not wrap around the arm correctly now. I wish they made a soft cuff for this BP785N.

Easy Wrap Comfit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was having problems with my Omron Blood Pressure Monitor giving inconsistent readings so I called into support and leaned that the Easy Wrap Cuff needs to be replaced every 12 to 18 months depending on use. I keep my blood pressure in check daily. I replaced the cuff. When it arrived I compared the difference and yes, it needed to be replaced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I order this cuff on the website and was surprised that it was upgraded to easy locked on my arm instead of fully flexible one I had before. I hope it takes accurate measurements because it is not as tight on the arm as my previous one but the putting on process is easier and faster.
I am not a fan of taking selfies during blood pressure measurement. LOL

Replacement Cuff

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Cuff Model: HEM-FL31 that came with my Model: BP786 N Blood Pressure inststrument, Purchased: August 13, 2017, refused to stay closed during the reading. The velcro had worn out. With the help of Omron Support I eventually found the Model: CFX-WR17 Cuff that is the replacement. It works fine and doesn't come apart when the base unit pumps up the cuff. I'm happy, my cardiologist is happy...

Great accuracy!

The unit is quite accurate ... tested it against the manual readings from two doctors. My only complaint is that the velcro in the cuff wears out too easily and, I've noticed, that the new cuff is "fussier" than the old one ... needs to be placed a little lower and little more to the left on my left arm than the one that came with the BP786N. I'm on my third cuff now: need to get a new one about once a year.

Simple and easy to use

I like the cuff and believe it is accurate when it works. About every 2-3 times I use It, I get an E-4 message indicating I move and I don’t move.
That is the reason I ordered a new cuff, as I was getting E-4 message on old one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great cuff

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My standard cuff was hard to attach by myself and would give repeated errors. This CFX-WR17 has a spring metal band which makes securing it to my arm alone easy.
I would warn that it should be placed in position by sliding up the arm from the finger tips so as to not stretch the internal spring band which will cause it to not fit over time. The directions fail to mention this procedure.
